Friends of TourismStuff

We are looking for persons to gather information, text, photos etc that would be suitable for uploading into some of our "non-commercial" category listings. The work can be carried out at any time of the day or night. So if you love your area, give it some support by making sure it is exposed to everyone else....locals, overseas visitors, out-of-towners etc. It might be a park, a walking track, an historic site, a place one should visit, a coming event etc. From our point of view all you need is some average writing skills, some spare time, a digital camera and/or scanner, and a computer connected to the Internet. We will pay you $5 (gross before tax) per listing (say 175 words minimum, with a few photos). Just send us an email at office@tourismstuff.co.nz and tell us a bit about yourself and where you fit into your scene. There are a lot of areas around New Zealand that need coverage right now.

Field Agents

Field agents are the people that have been collecting in the main information about commercial establishments throughout New Zealand. They are the ones that have given us over 22,000 lots of free information that currently stand in our database. But we do not yet have New Zealand totally covered. We need agents to cover the likes of the Manawatu, parts of Wairaparapa, parts of South Canterbury and Otago. We also need agents to replace/assist in areas like Auckland, South Auckland, King Country, Rotorua etc. You need to tell us where you are located, and that you have been there for some time and know the area reasonably well. The basis of payment is on a "per record", with other income based on subsequent Provider/Establishment uploads. So please give us some information about yourself at office@tourismstuff.co.nz and lets discuss things. We are only looking for persons in those named areas at this stage.

Employment for Taggers !

Put you skills and energy to good value. Produce for TourismStuff life-like characters (1>2m x 1m), holding up the "www.TourismStuff co nz" banner like a hick-hiker, and I will pay you $50. Put your character on a piece of scrap ply (or similar), or nail two sheets together, (with or without cut-outs) and email a photo of the end result to office@tourismstuff.co.nz. We will arrange for the uplifting of the character and payment, but please "Contact Us" at the outset.
