- The owner and operator of the TourismStuff website is John Charles Story, 38 Port Underwood Road, Waikawa Bay, Picton, New Zealand. Communications may be by email to johncstory@gmail.com or by mail to P.O.Box 49, Waikawa Bay, Picton 7251, until advised otherwise.
- Users of this TourismStuff website may take small amounts of information from the database for their own use. Small amounts of information means no more than ten pages of A4 material that can be humanly viewed without any assisting aids. The information taken must be stored by you and be under your control at all times. The information is not to be distributed beyond yourself. Distribution in any form beyond yourself requires prior written approval from TourismStuff. At all times the database information and design is copyright material.
- These terms and conditions are effective immediately and may be amended at any time without notice.
- Listing Service: TourismStuff is only a website Listing Service. In the event that a third party has failed to provide, or has removed information from this TourismStuff website, a user can not hold TourismStuff responsible. Under no circumstances will TourismStuff be liable directly or indirectly for any general, consequential, incidental loss or loss of profits arising from the use of or the unavailability of the Listing Service.
- In the event that a user considers listed information offensive, inaccurate or unreliable, the user may inform TourismStuff in writing accordingly. It will be at the sole descretion of TourismStuff whether to amend or remove, if at all, the information referred to by the user.
- It is for the User to decide whether to take up any Provider listed or advertised offer(s). The User and Provider/Establishment will be the sole parties to any transaction(s) that may follow, as a result of the TourismStuff listing service. TourismStuff will not be an interested party under any circumstance, nor will TourismStuff become involved in or mediate any dispute situations.
- The TourismStuff mark and materials belong to TourismStuff and may not be on-sold or misused by a present or future party or competitor.
- All Charges are expressed in New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive, unless stated otherwise. All Charges are subject to change without notice.
- Information on this TourismStuff website is made available free of charge to Users.
